The invention discloses an aluminum
alloy door and window
machining method. The method comprises the following steps that (1)
alloy casting is performed, specifically, prepared raw materials are smelted firstly, then poured and cooled in molds to form
alloy aluminum bars; (2)
extrusion forming of profiles is performed, specifically, the aluminum alloy profiles with different sections are extruded through the different molds; (3) surface treatment of the profiles is performed, specifically, the aluminum alloy profiles are placed in an
electrolyte to be oxidized and then placed in an
acrylic resin paint solution to be subjected to
electrophoresis, and paint films are formed; (4) blanking and
cutting are performed; (5) profile drilling is performed, specifically, drilling is performed on the
cut aluminum alloy profiles in the corresponding positions through a bench
drill drilling
machine, and the accuracy of the hole positions and the hole diameters is guaranteed; (6) door and window assembling is performed, specifically, glass and the aluminum alloy profiles are assembled into a whole by adopting screw assemblies and sealing pieces. The machined door and window materials are smooth in surface, good in attractiveness, accurate in
machining, high in quality and reliable to use.
