During the charge and discharge, the battery pack charge-discharge balancing device can calculate the voltage deviation among the batteries and judge the consistency of the battery pack by detecting voltage of the batteries. When the voltage deviation exceeds the preset voltage deviation range, a controller transmits an instruction to control a balancing module to reduce the voltage of the battery pack to perform energy-nondestructive voltage supplement on the battery with the lowest voltage, difference among the batteries can be reduced, the charge-discharge capacity of the battery pack is improved, and the service life is prolonged. The battery pack charge-discharge maintenance device is independent of a storage battery power supply system and used for maintaining the storage battery power supply system regularly.
