The invention discloses a small-pixel outdoor LED (Light-emitting Diode) display module which comprises a bottom shell, a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and a face guard in a back-to-front direction in sequence, wherein a plurality of LEDs arranged in front of the PCB are arranged between the PCB and the face guard. The small-pixel outdoor LED display module further comprises a wind dispelling hole and a wind-dispelling-hole column, wherein one end of the wind-dispelling-hole column extends from a rear surface of the face guard and is communicated to the back face of the bottom shell straightly after penetrating through the PCB and the bottom shell, and the wind dispelling hole is formed in the wind-dispelling-hole column and is used to communicate spaces before and behind the small-pixel outdoor LED display module; the back face of the face guard is provided with a plurality of lampshade cavities matched and bucked with the LEDs; and a place between the bottom shell and the back section of the wind-dispelling-hole column is sealed by a seal member. According to the invention, the traditional preposed glue injection process is changed, the glue is injected from the back, the face guard and the seal member guarantee the waterproof performances of the front and the back respectively, and the wind dispelling hole can be used to dispel wind smoothly so as to reduce wind resistance.
