Since the IDs of the files are taken as guide of file exchanging, the terminals directly perform file exchanging with the file management module or the file storage device of the central control device by the IDs of the files bandwidth required in file exchanging can be reduced, reliability of information exchanging is improved, and feeling of users using the information exchanging system is guaranteed.
