The invention provides a data unifying device and a data unifying method, wherein the data unifying device comprises a data receiving unit for receiving data information input by data senders, a searching unit for searching data conversion templates associated with marking information from a storing unit according to the marking information, and a data converting unit for converting the input data to unified data with a predetermined format according to the data conversion templates, wherein the data information contains the marking information of the data senders and the input data of the data senders; the storing unit stores associated relationships between the marking information and the corresponding data conversion templates. Through the technical scheme of the invention, the data with different formats sent by different data senders can be converted to the unified data format, so that convenient data interaction among the plurality of data senders is achieved.
