Abstract

Provided is a processing technology for knitting yarn of tatting fabrics. The knitting yarn is spun into two strands of 68Nm by using commingled yarn containing 70% of acrylic fibers and dacron and 30% of wool. The processing technology includes four steps of pre-processing of raw materials, fore-spinning, spun yarn spinning and post-spinning, and special processing is carried out on the four steps. The processing technology has the advantages that the yarn has eligible shrinkage through special raw material ratios and processing, spinning processes and a dyeing and finishing method, the tatting fabrics woven by using the yarn is soft in hand feeling like knit goods, and the products with styles between the style of knitting yarn and the style of tatting yarn are developed by expanding the field of knitting yarn to the field of tatting, the defect of stiffening of tatted casual shirts is overcome timely, and the defect of low efficiency of the knit goods is also overcome. Through the successful development of the products, the efficiency of the knit goods is improved, the manufacturing cost of the knit goods is reduced by about 15%, and guidance is provided for expanding of the market.
