According to the network access method, the network side equipment and the terminal of the invention, the indicating information which is used for indicating whether the terminal needs to perform the data transmission is added in the access request transmitted by the terminal, such that the network side equipment can know whether the network side equipment itself needs to allocate corresponding resources for the data transmission for the terminal in advance, and therefore, it is not necessary to allocate resources for a terminal on which no data transmission exists, and waste of the resources can be avoided, and proceeding of normal services can be ensured.
