Abstract

The method comprises steps as follows: collection of a dust sample: the dust sample is collected according to GBZ159-2004; preparation of a suspension liquid: a vinylidene chloride filter membrane which collects dust is placed in a small beaker, 4 ml of butyl acetate is accurately added, the mixture is uniformly mixed, and the dust suspension liquid is prepared; preparation of a dust sample: a clean blood cell counting board and cover glass are well placed, the dust suspension liquid sufficiently and uniformly mixed is sucked by a disposable dropper and added into a counting chamber for standing for 2-3 minutes, and dust particles naturally settle at the bottom of the counting chamber; and measurement of number concentration: the blood cell counting board where the dust sample is dropped is placed on an objective table of a microscope, all dust particles in four corners of a large grid at the center and five middle grids in the middle are counted by a high-power lens, and the total dust number concentration is calculated. The total dust number concentration is measured with a blood cell counting board method, and the method is scientific, advanced, simple and convenient to operate, controllable in error and capable of guaranteeing the accuracy of results.
