Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: the step 01) dividing original video sequences into K frames and W frames based on GOP; the step 02) for the K frames, utilizing an inframe coding method to perform coding; step 03) for the W frames, utilizing an LDPC to perform coding; and the step 04) for each frame of W frame, calculating corresponding offset amount, Laplace operator information entropy simultaneously. The invention discloses the decoding method of the video coding method simultaneously.
