The method includes that an information discloser determines an XBRL factor needing registration and files a registration application to an information disclosure organizer; the information disclosure organizer examines and verifies the XBRL factor, judges whether the XBRL factor meets a registration specification of an XBRL factor type to which the XBRL factor belongs or not according to results of examination and verification and judges whether the XBRL factor is already registered or not; when the XBRL factor meets the registration specification and is not registered, the registration application is passed, the XBRL factor is stored in an XBRL factor database or an XBRL file, or the registration application is rejected; the information disclosure organizer publishes the XBRL factors in the XBRL factor database or the XBRL file. By performing unified registration applying, examination and verification, registration and publishing operation on the XBRL factors including XBRL elements, roles, types, templates, classification suites and the like, global unification and shared application of the XBRL factors are realized.
