Abstract

The system comprises a left pipeline, a right pipeline, a flange as well as an outer bending moment loading mechanism and a stress testing mechanism, wherein the flange is used for connecting the left pipeline and the right pipeline; the flange is sealed by using a gasket; the left pipeline, the right pipeline and the flange form a flange to-be-tested cavity; the left pipeline is connected with a pump through a valve; the right pipeline is welded to a blind plate; a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and an electric heating device are arranged inside the flange to-be-tested cavity; a flange leakage testing mechanism is arranged outside the flange; the flange leakage testing mechanism comprises a leakage testing cavity formed by a leakage testing wall in a surrounding manner; an exhaust valve and a bottom flow hole valve are arranged on the leakage testing wall; another temperature sensor and another pressure sensor are arranged inside the leakage testing cavity.
