The cover plate (23) is bonded to an inner surface (37) of the container (13), for example, along a collar (29) with the aid of a layer consisting of adhesive (31). A sealing bead (33) of a sealing arrangement (32), which is formed by an O ring (41), for example, prevents the electrolyte which has been introduced into the housing (11) from coming into contact with the adhesive (31) and chemically attacking said adhesive.
