The dynamic water pollution monitoring device can move in a running water pipe network; the small-size sonar can identify a turning point and a node of the running water pipe network; the GPS module has a positioning function; the gyroscope can keep steady operation of the device; the small-size sonar, the GPS module and the gyroscope are connected with the wireless transmitting and receiving device A, and information is sent to the wireless transmitting and receiving device B and is fed back to the microprocessor; the microprocessor controls the driving motor to realize rotation propelling of the propeller through the transmission shaft.
