The method comprises a step of obtaining current parameter information, a step of selecting the first program type corresponding to the current parameter information according to the corresponding relation between the parameter information and the program type stored in advance, and a step of pushing the program which is in accordance with the first program type to a user. According to the technical scheme, different types of programs are selected and recommended for the user according to the current parameter information, thus the mode of program recommendation is more humane, diversified and targeted and more fits the needs of the user, different needs of the user in different conditions are satisfied, thus the view wish of the programs by the user is improved, and the effect of program recommendation is enhanced.
