Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for evaluating the segregation degree of cement concrete. The device comprises a supporting component, a testing component and a density measuring component, wherein the supporting component comprises a base, a vertical arm, a cross beam, a lifting device and a bolt; the testing component comprises a fixing screw, a vibrating device and a containing chamber; the density measuring component comprises a stand column, a density instrument, a sliding rail, a fixing device and a guide rail. The device can simulate vibrating conditions of the cement concrete during transportation and vibration to provide more real testing data. The density measuring component is added, so that the density of the cement concrete can be measured accurately in real time. The testing device is convenient to operate, good in economy and high in practical value.
