AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented method improves crop production by producing more valuable products from rooted plant roots called Woolbery plants (Wolbachia). By mixing certain types of vegetables together instead of just growing them on top of each other, it helps reduce harmful substances released when they grow outdoors while still providing useful components like carbohydrates and proteins. Additionally, adding specific compounds containing sulfur and/or boron atoms allows these ingredients to be absorbed through cell walls inside the leaves without being washed away after their growth period. These methods help improve agricultural productivity and minimizing negative impacts caused by overuse of pesticides used worldwide.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discuss various technical problem addressed in this patented text: how to develop special types of green clay that combine good fertile ability (fertility) with moisturizing properties while maintaining sufficient hydrous space within which plants grow well due to lack of adequate water content during winter months when temperatures fall below freezing points. Current methods involve adding chemicals like sulfur fertilants into the ground, increasing plant health through improving root system architecture, reducing excessive use of pesticides, lowering applications rates, adjusting drainage systems, enhancing vegetative reproductiveships, and addressing issues associated with heavy rainwater areas where clogging occurs frequently.

Embodiment 1

[0022] The water-retaining biochar based fertilizer of this embodiment is a special biochar based fertilizer for wolfberry, and its preparation method is as follows:

[0023] Preparation of wolfberry branches biochar: Naturally air-dried wolfberry branches to make their moisture content less than 10% (weight mass fraction), trim them to a length of about 5 cm, and use a large-scale biochar carbonization furnace to pyrolyze under nitrogen. After 2 hours, airtight anaerobic cooling to room temperature in a cooling tank to produce wolfberry branch biochar.

[0024] Crushing and sieving of raw materials: crushed wolfberry branch biochar, wolfberry branch and phosphate rock powder, crushed wolfberry branch biochar through 35 mesh sieve, and crushed wolfberry branch and phosphate rock through 60 mesh sieve.

[0025] Fertilizer mixture preparation: The amount of raw materials added per 100 kg weight of biochar-based wolfberry special fertilizer is as follows: 76.3 kg wolfberry branch biocha...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a biological biochar based fertilizer applicable to an improvement of low-quality light sierozem. The biological biochar based fertilizer mainly uses waste wolfberry branches to prepare wolfberry branch biological biochar and is prepared by the following steps: mixing 78-90% of wolfberry branch biological biochar, 3-8% of urea, 2-5% of phosphorus ore powder and 4-10% of wolfberry branch powder, stirring uniformly to obtain a based fertilizer mixture, adding tap water to enable the moisture content to be 40-60%, feeding the mixture in a composting tank for composting for 30-60 days, air-drying and sieving the obtained composted product so as to obtain the biological biochar based fertilizer. The based fertilizer can effectively improve the problems of low fertility and small water retention rate of light sierozem, and can provide a guarantee for comprehensive sustainable development of farming, forestry and animal husbandry of light sierozem soil and improvement of agricultural environment.
