The electric power steering controller comprises a PCB (Printed Circuit Board), a base and a cover plate, wherein a conical supporting column and a right-angled trapezoid heat conducting seat are integrally molded above the base; the PCB is placed on the conical supporting column and located through two locating columns which penetrate through the PCB; the PCB is fixed on the heat conducting seat through a bolt; the cross sections of the two locating columns are different; the base and the cover plate are pressed together; the conical supporting column is positioned in the cover plate and the cover plate and the base are buckled in an increasingly tighter way; four upwardly extending cylinders distributed in a rectangular shape are integrally molded on the base; thread mounting blind holes with the number equal to that of the cylinders and corresponding to the cylinders in position are formed in the back surface of the base; and a plurality of strip-shaped heat conducting slots extending from left to right are formed in the back surface of the base.
