Abstract

A pharmaceutical fluidized bed particle diameter distribution online detection device based on differential pressure sampling is installed outside a fluidized bed reaction chamber. The detection device is provided with a sampling mechanism, a recycling mechanism and a detection mechanism. The sampling mechanism is provided with a sampling sleeve, a sampling piston and a sampling pushing piece. The fluidized bed reaction chamber is provided with a sampling channel communicated with an inner cavity of the sampling sleeve. The sampling piston is composed of a piston rod and a plug, the piston rod is in sealing fit with the sampling sleeve and is connected with the sampling pushing piece, and the plug penetrates through the sampling channel to be located in the fluidized bed reaction chamber. When the sampling pushing piece is located at a first limit position, the plug closes the sampling channel; when the sampling pushing piece is located at a second limit position, the plug opens the sampling channel. The sampling mechanism inputs samples into the detection mechanism through a deceleration guide tube. The detection device has the advantages that real-time particle diameter detection is led out of the fluidized bed reaction chamber, so that the detection environment is improved, and the requirements for the detection speed and additional accessory cleaning of detection equipment are lowered.
