The method comprises the steps that requests of application systems are sent to a strategy center; the strategy center establishes a resource distribution template according to pre-divided application system application types contained in the requests, resource information required by an application system, type data of a pre-established a pre-established physical host set, and key data of all physical hosts in the physical host set; and the strategy center controls a scheduler to distribute the application systems onto the corresponding physical hosts according to the resource distribution template.
