The method comprises the steps of selecting annual nursery stock with uniform and consistent growth, performing rooting processing, planting the annual nursery stock in a nursery stock planting bag, and transplanting the nursery stock to saline land in which salt content of the soil changes in a gradient manner after the nursery stock in the planting bag survives; according to the survival condition and salt disaster condition of the nursery stock along with salt content increase of the soil, selecting and determining single nursery stock plant for determining and measuring the salt tolerance of the nursery stock, and investigating the salt content of the root-area soil of the selected single nursery stock plant, thereby determining the salt tolerance of the nursery stock; utilizing the least number of the salt tolerance of nursery stock measured in different seasons as the highest soil salt content of the nursery stock for planting in the saline land; and finally selecting and configuring the greening nursery stock according to the actual soil salt content of the saline land.
