By adopting the method, the user can conveniently watch the program to be watched on a computer or a phone and walk freely before broadcasting, including any statuses such as work and rest. As long as that the electronic device is connected with a power supply, the purpose of the invention, watching the program to be watched on time at the broadcasting time, is achieved.
