The method comprises the steps: performing beam expanding on laser, and modulating the correlation characteristics of the light beam through a spatial light modulator to obtain a light beam with the correlation characteristics of cosine Gaussian; performing space polarization regulation and control on the light beam to obtain a radial polarized beam; reducing the spatial correlation characteristics of the radial polarized beam to obtain a noncoherent cosine Gaussian correlation beam; obtaining a linearly polarized cosine Gaussian correlation Gaussian beam after the noncoherent cosine Gaussian correlation beam is focused through a lens and is filtered through a Gaussian amplitude filter plate; and obtaining a radial polarized cosine GSM light beam after the linearly polarized cosine Gaussian correlation Gaussian beam passes through a radial polarized light converter.
