The partial discharge tester is provided with a RFID accessing module therein that matches with the RFID electronic label, and the partial discharge tester is connected to the computer through a USB interface. The computer is provided with a user's data managing terminal therein, and the user's data managing terminal is provided with plug-ins. The plug-ins access the directory of a switchgear data file and standardize and convert the files in the directory that are to be uploaded, and the standardized files are then transmitted to a remote data managing center through the internet. The invention also discloses the data transmitting method for this system. According to the invention, a user can log in and manage data conveniently; with one single operation, distant logging of data can be realized, and therefore, the data logging efficiency is improved.
