Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for processing information and a terminal. The method comprises the following steps of determining first environmental state information where the terminal is located; determining a threshold range of a first volume corresponding to the first environmental state information, wherein the threshold range of the first volume comprises an upper limit value and a lower limit value, and the upper limit value and the lower limit value are different; adjusting the volume of the terminal to the lower limit value; monitoring whether the terminal has a volume event to obtain a monitoring result, wherein the volume event is an event for using the volume; and if the monitoring result shows that the volume event exists, outputting the volume corresponding to the volume event through the first lower limit value. Through adoption of the technical scheme of the invention, the volume of the terminal can be automatically adjusted according to the environmental state.
