An example and ANSYS simulation verification show that, the method can obtain an accurate and reliable composite stiffness checking value of the non-end contact type taper leaf root enhanced main and auxiliary leaf springs, provide a reliable checking method for checking the composite stiffness of the non-end contact type taper leaf root enhanced variable cross-section main and auxiliary leaf springs, and lay a technical foundation for the analytical design and CAD (Computer Aided Design) software development of the main and auxiliary leaf springs of this structure.
