The educational resource management platform comprises: a resource management module, a cloud-end transcoding module, an application supporting module and a server component. The resource management module is used for performing resource management on teaching resources, educational administration resources and scientific research resources, and storing and managing videos in various formats, supporting publication approval of the videos and organizing the videos according to different categories; the cloud-end transcoding module is used for performing automated format conversion on an audio, video or document that is uploaded by a user; and the application supporting module is used for supporting resource integration and interaction demands of each application system, and for supporting educational resource sharing oriented to public service.
