The invention provides an irregular member bar rigidity intensity testing device under composite environment. The device comprises a fixed frame, an angle sensor, a coupling, a bearing, a hollow cylinder, a force arm disc, a locking device, a steel wire rope, force sensors, a servo actuator, an environment case, a bar-shaped testing piece, a fixed platform and a data collector. The bottom portionof the bar-shaped testing piece is fixed on a testing platform through a clamp, the top portion of the bar-shaped testing piece is provided with the force arm disc, the upper portion of the force armdisc is provided with the hollow cylinder, the coupling is used for connecting a connection shaft at the top portion of the hollow cylinder with a connection shaft at the bottom portion of the angle sensor, connection devices are arranged at the opposite corners of the two sides of the force arm disc, the force sensors are installed between the connection devices and the servo actuator, and the two force sensors and the angle sensor are connected with the data collector through cables. The irregular member bar rigidity intensity testing device has the simple structure, easy operation, the small volume, the low energy consumption, the high universality and the lower cost, and can be used for measuring the torsional rigidity of various irregular bar structures in specific environments.
