The invention discloses a containment steel lining fragment overhead welding tooling apparatus which comprises an overhead positioning mobile platform and a fragment rapid clamp arranged on the overhead positioning mobile platform, wherein the fragment rapid clamp comprises a mounting rack and a rapid clamping head arranged on the mounting rack; the mounting rack comprises a main body bracket as well as a primary movable pull rod and a secondary movable pull rod arranged on the main body bracket; the main body bracket comprises a fixed frame and a movable frame hinged to one end of the fixed frame; the primary movable pull rod is connected between the fixed frame and the movable frame and adjusts an included angle of the fixed frame and the movable frame; the fixed frame and the movable frame are connected with the secondary movable pull rod; the end parts of the secondary movable pull rod, the fixed frame and the movable frame are connected with the rapid clamping head. According to the invention, hoisting is rapid, and a fragment and a containment are accurately and adjustably assembled, so that the assembling error is greatly reduced, the position adjusting time is shortened, and the working strength and difficulty of workers are lowered.
