Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a two-dimensional code is generated and displayed on a touch screen when a first terminal detects a failure of the touch screen; a second terminal is connected with the first terminal when the second terminal scans the two-dimensional code; and the first terminal receives an authentication code transmitted by the second terminal, and the first terminal performs information backup when the authentication code is the same as a preset authentication code. Through adoption of the method provided by the invention, when the failure of the touch screen is detected, an association relation between the first terminal and the second terminal is established through the two-dimensional code, so that information on the first terminal can be backed up in time, thereby avoiding information loss of the first terminal, and improving the user experience.
