Abstract

The invention discloses a natural sea salt nasal irrigation agent which is prepared through normal-temperature dissolution with purified water and glycerinum as solvent, natural sea salt as solute and domiphen bromide as pathogenic bacteria inhibitor. Every 100 L of nasal irrigation agent contains 0.85-0.95 kg of natural sea salt, 0.5-1.5 L of glycerinum and 0.01-0.05 kg of domiphen bromide. The natural sea salt nasal irrigation agent has the sodium chloride content of 0.85-0.95% (mg/ml), the total heavy metal quantity smaller than or equal to 2 micrograms per milliliter (according to Pb), the pH value of 5.0-7.0 and the cytotoxicity not larger than the second level, causes no sensitization response or vaginal stimulation reaction, has the total bacterial colony number smaller than or equal to 100 cfu/ml and the total fungal colony number smaller than or equal to 100 cfu/ml, can not detect coliform, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus, can be used for acute and chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, seasonal rhinitis, exercise-induced rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, nasal polyp, nasal obstruction caused by cold and the like, epistaxis caused by after-nasal-surgery cleaning and dry climatic nasal blood capillary rupture, and the like.
