Problems solved by technology

However, the internal space of the wind turbine is narrow, the wiring span is large, and the distance is long, which brings great difficulties to the wiring work
At the same time, because the acoustic emission sensor is in a harsh working environment such as large temperature and humidity differences and strong vibrations, the sensor is often unable to accurately perceive the acoustic emission signal of the bolt fracture, and it is easy to cause false alarms and alarm failures
False alarms will bring extra workload to maintenance personnel, and alarm failures may cause major accidents such as blade drop and tower breakage

Abstract

The invention discloses a wireless acoustic emission detector of a wind power generator unit. The wireless acoustic emission detector comprises acoustic emission receivers used for collecting and amplifying acoustic emission signals of bolt breakage of the wind power generator unit and extracting characteristic parameters and further comprises a host computer used for analyzing and recording the extracted characteristic parameters of the acoustic emission signals, carrying out logical decision and carrying out display alarm. A communication module used for transmitting data between the acoustic emission receivers and the host computer is arranged between the acoustic emission receivers and the host computer. According to the wireless acoustic emission detector of the wind power generator unit, traditional acoustic emission sensors, preamplifier circuits and preprocessing circuits are integrated to form the integral acoustic emission receivers, the designing scheme of adopting wireless transmission between the acoustic emission receivers and the host computer is adopted, and therefore the shortcoming of arranging wires inside the wind power generator unit is overcome; and the redundancy design of arranging two acoustic emission receivers at each detection point is adopted, the results generated by two acoustic emission receivers are jointly judged, and therefore the occurrence probability of missed alarm and false alarm can be reduced, and the monitoring result can be more accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an acoustic emission detection device, in particular to a wireless acoustic emission detection device for detecting bolt breakage inside a wind turbine. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the number of installed wind turbines has increased, and more and more problems of wind turbines have been exposed accordingly. Wind turbines are large-scale mechanical equipment, and bolts play a vital role in mechanical equipment. Using the acoustic emission monitoring device to monitor the hub, blade and tower bolts of the wind turbine can effectively reduce the number of shutdowns of the wind turbine and detect bolt breakage in time, thereby improving the production efficiency and safety reliability of the wind turbine. In the existing acoustic emission detection devices of wind turbines, the sensors, preamplifiers, and control hosts are often connected by cables. However, the internal space of the wind turbine is nar...
