According to the method, after human body positioning, the illumination and brightness curve of all the light emitting devices is acquired through utilizing the illumination detector, or the brightness grade values of the light emitting devices under the given illumination are acquired, work states or brightness of the light emitting devices are modulated by the light modulator according to the brightness values or the set illumination values of the light emitting devices, brightness of multiple light emitting devices is controlled and measured by one illumination detector, light modulation is simple, and cost is low.
