The present invention discloses an energy-storage luminescent
coating, a reflective fabric and a preparation process. The
coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by
mass: 40 to 60percent of inorganic
adhesive, 5 to 10 percent of reflective
powder, 2 to 4 percent of red fluorescent
powder, 2 to 4 percent of green fluorescent
powder, 2 to 4 percent of blue fluorescent powder, 0.02 to 0.1 percent of fluorescent whitening agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of brightening agent, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of yellowing transparent agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of
ultraviolet absorbent, 0.5 to 3 percent of dispersing agent, 0.2 to 1.5 percent of defoaming agent, 10 to 20 percent of TiO2 powder, and the balanced being water. The reflective fabric adopts the
coating as a
reflective layer and combines the
refraction effect of
calcite, so that the reflective fabric can achieve 97% total reflectance and 94% diffuse reflectance; in addition, fillers such as glass beads and
ceramic beads are not added into the components, so that the
heat transfer effects of all parts in the coating are the same and the heat preservation effect is good, and all parts of the reflective fabric are heated consistently; therefore, the problem that a local coating falls off due to
temperature gradient is avoided.
