The invention relates to a device and method for preparing a large-size high-quality graphene single crystal. The device comprises a shell and a top cover. The top cover is internally provided with a gas spray head with a gas distributing pipe so that inlet high-purity gas can enter a reaction cavity in an evenly-distributed mode. The reaction cavity is composed of sealed silica pipes, a graphite heating element connected between the two sealed silica pipes in an inserted mode and a graphite crucible placed in the graphite heating element. The graphite crucible is used for containing a SiC wafer substrate. A cooling water system and an intermediate frequency coil are arranged outside the graphite heating element. A gas outlet is formed in the bottom of the shell. The invention further provides the method for preparing the large-size high-quality graphene single crystal on the SiC substrate. By means of the device and method, the migration rate of the high-quality graphene crystal prepared on the SiC substrate is higher than that of graphene prepared through a SiC high-temperature pyrolysis method by 1-2 orders of magnitudes.

The invention provides an epoxy resin self-repairing microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a water phase containing inorganic nanoparticles and water with an oil phase containing epoxy resin, monoolefin monomer, a polyene cross-linking agent and an initiator to form a stable oil-in-water emulsion; and heating the emulsion to realize emulsion polymerization in order to form the epoxy resin self-repairing microcapsule. The epoxy resin self-repairing microcapsule is prepared by adopting the inorganic nanoparticles as an emulsifier through an emulsion polymerization process via the method; and compared with methods adopting molecular emulsifiers, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of no need of subsequent emulsifier removal, simple process, and no pollution to environment. The epoxy resin self-repairing microcapsule prepared in the invention has the advantages of excellent stability, excellent leakproofness and high cladding rate.

The invention relates to a damper of a washing machine which produces a large damping force for low-frequency vibration while small damping force for high-frequency vibration. A piston (3) coupled with a piston rod (4) is embedded inside a cylinder which is filled with mixed oil liquid and gas, and the piston (3) is infused in the oil liquid. No free piston and other isolators are arranged at the borderline of the oil liquid and gas inside the cylinder (2). The piston (3) is provided with a throttle path (7) communicated with two chambers (2A and 2B). The cylinder (2) is connected with one side of a water tank holding the cylinder, while the piston rod (4) is connected with one side of the shell. For low-frequency vibration during the washing and rinsing process, a large damping force is generated through the resistance of the oil liquid flowing through the throttle path (7) so as to restrain the shaking of the cylinder; while for the high-frequency vibration during the dehydrating process, inflated air is generated actively to reduce the damping force and to absorb the vibration of the cylinder so as to reduce the vibration and noise.

Disclosed therein is a window of an infrared surveillance camera, which can prevent that the window gets damp even though there is a difference in temperature between the inside and the outside of the surveillance camera due to a long time operation of the surveillance camera. The window includes: an illumination window mounted on a light path in front of an IR LED arranged around a camera module; a first lens window formed separately from the illumination window and mounted on an image introducing path in front of a lens of the camera module; an intercepting member having an assembly face where the illumination window and the first lens window are airtightly and closely combined with each other, the intercepting member being mounted between the illumination window and the first lens window for preventing that infrared rays are introduced from a light irradiation zone, where the IR LED is mounted, to a photograph zone, where the camera module is mounted; a combining ring assembled in front of the intercepting member for simultaneously restricting the illumination window and the first lens window; and a second lens window assembled to the combining ring and spaced apart from the first lens window through the combining ring so that a sealed air layer is formed between the second lens window and the first lens window.
