Abstract

The invention discloses a DRX (discontinuous reception) period based optimization method for uplink dynamic scheduling of VoLTE (voice over long term evolution) business. According to the method, when a drx base station is started and voice service is subjected to dynamic scheduling, PDCP (packet data convergence protocol) is adopted for judging an attribute of a voice packet, then MAC (media access control) is informed of the attribute of the voice packet and determines the size of the voice packet required to be added according to the attribute, and when a BSR (buffer status report) which is reported by UE and contains an LCG1 (logical channel group 1) is received, MAC judges the size of the voice packet according to the attribute, informed by PDCP, of the voice packet, and size of ceiling voice packets is extra added during scheduling. With the adoption of the method, the problems that end-to-end delay of the voice business is increased and the user's perception is affected because of existence of the voice packet waiting for scheduling after one-time uplink scheduling due to the fact that influence of the DRX period is not taken into consideration in the scheme scheduling mode in the prior art are solved.
