The submission method comprises the steps of starting an access point (AP) hot spot on an on-vehicle terminal, inputting an account number and password of the AP by a passenger on a passenger terminal for performing logging-on verification, and performing WIFI connection with the on-vehicle terminal; making the browser of the passenger terminal automatically jump to a satisfaction degree evaluation WEB interface by an access controller (AC); inputting satisfaction degree evaluation information on the satisfaction degree evaluation interface by the passenger; uploading the satisfaction degree evaluation information which is submitted by the passenger terminal to a vehicle management server by the AP hot spot; and performing data storage and examination management on the satisfaction degree evaluation information of the driver by the vehicle management server. Adding of an additional evaluation device is not required, thereby reducing cost.
