Abstract

The invention provides a method for inducing copepoda to produce diapause eggs and relates to aquaculture. The method comprises the steps that an algae solution is cultured; seawater is treated; two-generation taming culture is performed on acartia pacifica first, eggs laid by the tamed acartia pacifica are hatched to obtain nauplii, and the nauplii with high vitality are selected under an anatomical lens for use; induction conditions are set; the diapause eggs are screened and collected, wherein each group of 100 nauplii is placed in a 1L crystallizing dish, a test is performed according to the induction conditions in the fourth step, water is changed every other day for each group, when the acartia pacifica start laying eggs, 48-micron bolting silk is used for collecting the eggs every 24h for five days in total, the total number of the laid eggs is recorded, the eggs collected every day are observed under the anatomical lens, the eggs with rough and uneven adventitia and spiny protrusions are the diapause eggs, the solid diapause eggs with a complete form are screened out, and the number of the diapause eggs is recorded.
