Abstract

The invention discloses a method and apparatus for balancing power among power grid partitions. The method includes the following steps: partitioning a power grid within an object area to obtain a plurality of grid partitions; based on the power supply output power, tie-line power, and load occupancy power of each grid partition, computing the state of output balance of each grid partition; transmitting the redundant output power of grid partitions which are at a rich state in terms of output balance to grid partitions which are at an inadequate state in terms of output balance, thus realizing power balance among grid partitions. Therefore, the method firstly divides the power grid within the object region into a plurality of grid partitions, further computes the state of output balance of each grid partition based on the power supply output power, the tie-line power and the load occupancy power of each grid partition, and transmits the redundant output power of grid partitions which are at a rich state in terms of output balance to grid partitions which are at an inadequate state in terms of output balance, and thus implementing power balance of different grid partitions through the transmission of output power.
