Abstract

The device comprises a controller, a relay, a USB interface, and a USB memory wherein the controller controls the relay to enable the USB memory to be communicated with an internal network server. The internal network server copies the internal network files to the USB memory. The controller controls the relay to enable the USB memory to be communicated with an external network server and the internal network files of the USB memory are copied to the external network server and the external network files of the external network server are copied to the USB memory. The controller controls the relay to enable that the USB memory is connected with the internal network server and the external network files of the USB memory are copied to the internal network server. After the file ferry, the controller controls the relay to enable that the USB memory is in a non-touch state in the middle. The device and method of the invention solve the problem with promptness for employees in a company where internet network and the external network are isolated to transmit data, send and receive emails. Therefore, the work intensity of people ferry is reduced; the email sending and receiving efficiency is increased; and the working efficiency is increased.
