The method comprises the steps of receiving a task plan list, wherein the task plan list comprises at least one task unit, and the task unit comprises task information, the execution time which corresponds to the task information and task priority; converting all the task units into one or more task instruction packets which has the same total length according to the length of the execution time of the task units, wherein each task instruction packet has the same structure and comprises a first task time quantum, a second task time quantum and a frequency pattern, the first task time quantum and the second task time quantum are relevant to the task information, and the frequency pattern is determined according to the task priority of the task units; starting a timer, sending a task starting instruction which corresponds to the task time quantum when the system time information and the task time quantum in a certain task instruction packet are matched, and playing an audio file determined by the frequency pattern of the task instruction packet.
