Abstract

A plastic three-dimensional embroidery method is characterized in that a metal wire is specially used in addition to a conventional embroidery thread in the embroidering process, and an integral embroidered surface has a concave-convex three-dimensional effect through carrying out compaction plasticizing on a primarily embroidered product by hands or a die via using the plastic deformation ability of the metal wire. The method breaks the limitation of previous traditional embroidery methods, and is a three-dimensional embroidery method which can flexibly adjust the plasticity and realizing a realistic and full three-dimensional effect. Compared with existing three-dimensional embroidery methods, the method disclosed in the invention has the advantages of reasonable technology design, ingenious technical design, and realization of active innovation and breakthrough in the three-dimensional embroidery field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of embroidery, in particular to a plastic three-dimensional embroidery method. Background technique [0002] my country's embroidery technology has a history of more than 2,000 years. Among them, Su embroidery, Guangdong embroidery, Hunan embroidery and Shu embroidery are collectively known as China's "Four Famous Embroideries". Embroidery is a technology that uses embroidery needles to draw embroidery threads, and then embroiders on the embroidery base material according to the pre-designed pattern, and finally forms the embroidery pattern with embroidery traces. [0003] There are various embroidery methods in traditional Suzhou embroidery, among which different embroidery methods have different characteristics and produce different effects. However, most embroidery methods can only produce flat embroidery traces, and cannot truly produce three-dimensional effects. As far as the applicant knows, there are currentl...
