Problems solved by technology

[0003] As far as loquat leaves are concerned, the color, shape, and hairs on the back of the leaf should be important features of morphological classification. We extracted the brightness, red-green ratio, yellow-blue ratio, color saturation, and hue of the leaf color. Angle and color ratio six color characteristics, establish a five-digit serial number, and make a simple, fast, and intuitive classification. For this, there is no complete and operable method publicized

specific Embodiment approach

[0042] The present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with embodiment:

[0043] This method for classifying plants of the genus Loquat based on leaf color is carried out as follows:

[0044] (1) Selection of loquat test germplasm: select a representative national fruit tree planting orchard (National Fruit Tree Germplasm Fuzhou Loquat cultivars (the cultivated and preserved loquat germplasm resources), including main cultivars, local varieties, foreign introduced species, semi-wild species, wild species and wild relatives;

[0045] (2) Collection of representative test leaves: From February to May in the southeastern coastal areas of my country, young shoot leaves of 15 ± 2 days of growth and 180 ± 10 days of growth were collected respectively in the selected cultivated plants (loquat germplasm). 10 mature leaves of autumn shoots, 10 mature leaves of spring shoots that have grown for 365±10 days, and 10 yellow leaves that are about to fall off;

Abstract

The invention discloses a leaf color-based eriobotrya plant classification method. The method is implemented by the following six steps of 1, selecting eriobotrya japonica (thunb.) lindl. test germplasms; 2, collecting representative test leaves; 3, measuring leaf colors; 4, performing statistical analysis; 5, performing leaf color comparison and picture collection; and 6, establishing a retrieval table. The method is used for classifying eriobotrya plants; a colorimeter is portable and easy to carry and is especially suitable for a field survey; data processing of the colorimeter is intuitively and organically combined with naked eyes, so that the eriobotrya plants can be classified quickly, conveniently and intuitively; and the classification method is simple.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for classifying and retrieving plants, in particular to a method for classifying plants of the genus Loquat based on the color characteristics of leaves in different growth periods. Background technique [0002] Loquat [Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl.] is a species in the genus Loquat of Rosaceae (Rosaceae), a perennial evergreen tree that originated in my country. According to reports, there are about 15 species of Loquat in my country (including 1 variety), and many scholars have carried out research on Loquat genera based on techniques such as allelic fingerprints, morphology, palynology, karyotype analysis, and RAPD molecular markers. Classification, these classification methods are costly, difficult to operate, and time-consuming, especially difficult to apply in field survey operations. There is also a brief classification based on whether the hairs on the back of the old loquat leaves fall off, but after sea...
