Abstract

The invention discloses a land planning method and system based on a land allocation model. The method comprises the implementation steps: obtaining the economic, social, land suitability, environment and ecological development cost information of a to-be-planned land; building the land allocation model which takes the development cost information as a constant, a land planning scheme as a variable and the economic benefit as a target value; carrying out the constraining of the land planning scheme through constraint conditions, and taking the land planning scheme corresponding to the maximum economic benefit as a final land planning scheme, wherein the constraint conditions comprise the economic constraint, the social constraint, the land suitability constraint, the environment constraint and the ecological constraint. According to the invention, the method achieves the constraining of the land allocation model through the constraint conditions, gives consideration to the inherent uncertainty, systematicness and complexity of the to-be-planned land, and achieves the complete land planning.
