The method comprises steps of acquiring a geographical position of the mobile terminal; when determining the geographical position of the mobile terminal to be a preset position, acquiring first speech information; judging whether a preset feature word is included in the first speech information; if the preset feature word is included in the first speech information, determining the user of the mobile terminal to be in the drinking state; and if it is detected that the mobile terminal is connected with an in-vehicle device within the preset time after the determination of the drinking state, outputting drinking driving prompting information. According to the invention, the mobile terminal connected with the in-vehicle device is often the mobile terminal of a driver, so after the user connects the in-vehicle device within the preset time after drinking, the mobile terminal outputs the drinking driving prompting information, thereby prompting user of drinking driving.
