The rainfall capacity early warning conditions are composed of the judgment rainfall Rc and various levels of early warning threshold values, wherein Rc is a monitoring object in rainfall early warning, and Rc and the various levels of early warning threshold values are determined and obtained through a statistical analysis method on the basis of historic rainfall and landslide hazard data within the regional range.
