The method comprises the steps of generating an application packaging executable file; obtaining basic application packaging information of one or more high-performance computers; according to a job description request of a user, obtaining job description information; matching the job description information in the basic application packaging information to obtain the application package executable file corresponding to the job description information; if the matching succeeds, analyzing the job description information, and according to an analysis result, the matched application packaging executable file and a job management system type, generating a job submitting script; and sending the job submitting script to the one or more high-performance computers, thereby finishing job submitting.
