The method comprises the steps of selecting a watermark region on an original image, embedding the watermark information in the watermark region, and generating a watermark image with the watermark information; segmenting the watermark image into multiple different regional graphs according to a preset expression effect, and setting a corresponding spatial frequency parameter for each regional graph; preprocessing the watermark image to obtain at least one channel grayscale image; obtaining the grayscale value of each pixel point of the channel grayscale images; obtaining a grating angle value corresponding to the grayscale value of each pixel point of the channel grayscale images according to a preset corresponding relation list, obtaining grating strip frequencies corresponding to the pixel points according to the spatial frequency parameters corresponding to the regional graphs to which the pixelpoints of the channel grayscale images belong; using the obtained grating angle values of the pixel points of the channel grayscale images and the obtained corresponding grating strip frequencies to generate a data packet according to a preset rule, and obtaining the hologram with the watermark information according to the data packet.
