The yacht seat comprises a seat plate, seat connectors, an upper connecting rod, a gyroscope disc, a bearing, a rotary motor, a lower connecting rod, an auxiliary balancing device and a lower rod spring, wherein the seat plate is connected to a yacht through the seat connectors on the edge of the seat plate and is fixed to the gyroscope end of the upper connecting rod. The gyroscope disc is located between the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod. The rotary motor is used for driving the lower connecting rod to drivea gyroscope to rotate. The bottom end of the lower connecting rod is in rotary connection with the yacht through the lower rod spring and is also connected with the auxiliary balancing device. The auxiliary balancing device comprises a sleeve fixing part, a gyroscope unit, a micro-control unit and a micromotor set unit.
