The invention discloses a space multi-phase mission system reliability assessment method and system. The method comprises the steps of classifying multi-source reliability data; according to a classification result of the multi-source reliability data, establishing a multi-source reliability data fusion framework, and obtaining fused data; according to system features of a space multi-phase mission system, building a system reliability model; according to the fused data in the multi-source reliability data fusion framework, quantizing the system reliability model; according to a quantizing result of the system reliability model, obtaining the reliability of the space multi-phase mission system. Through the method, the problems of association and processing conversion of multi-source reliability data are solved; and different types of multi-source reliability data are fully utilized for performing system reliability assessment, so that a system reliability assessment result is more accurate.
