A dredging and measuring integrated method for alternatively performing dredging construction and sounding survey is provided by fully utilizing construction characteristics of the grab dredger. Sweeping survey of underwater topography in corresponding construction areas is completed in ship grab construction and dumping clearances, so thatsounding survey of the construction areas is realized. The survey operation can be performed under construction conditions of the grab dredger, the measurement accuracy and coverage area meet construction surveying requirements, and synchronous measurement in the construction process is realized. Measurement in the construction area is gridded, the grid data is subjected to multidimensional storage, and the multidimensional data is processed by adopting an artificial intelligence algorithm so as to obtain measured data in the construction area before dredging, during dredging and after dredging. Therefore, the dredging construction efficiency and quality are improved, and the operating cost of the measurement operation is saved.
